Meet Our Team

Gary Castron

Fitness Trainer + Massage therapist

Specializing in structural integration, corrective exercise/ stretching and active release technique.

The primary focus of my work is to relieve all pain through a multitude of massage modalities. Our bodies tend to become imbalanced through the activities of daily life. Hypertrophic muscle tissues lead to muscular imbalance and inevitability cause overactive muscles to move our spine out of alignment and create pain/discomfort. We strive to work in a synergistic environment to restore and rebalance the body back to its natural anatomic position, leaving our clients pain free.

Liza Johnston

Massage Therapist

When there is a break down in the kinetic chain due to trauma, injuries, or prolonged improper posture, the natural immune response will be immobilizing that region. Inevitably the body’s overcompensation to fix the problem creates pathophysiological disorder which ultimately results in pain and disease. Specialized massage techniques can rectify the problem.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a type of mind-body intervention in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increase suggestibility in the treatment of a medical or psychological concern. In regard to our practice, implementing hypnotherapy in our treatment protocol may produce significant decrease in pain associated with a variety of chronic pain problems. In addition to that, Hypnotherapy facilitates stress reduction and creates a calm state of mind for faster healing.

Our Mission & Vision

My first and utmost goal as a chiropractor has always been to offer the fastest way to get my patients back to their state of wellbeing. I customized treatment plans for every individual based on the nature of the injury and their needs.

Within our office-friendly and comfortable environment, patients always look forward to visiting rather than feeling obliged to do so. Our team includes highly educated and trained practitioners who deliver the best state-of-the-art therapeutic services to our patients. I am proud to witness a huge growth in our practice over the last 20+ years and the community recognition of our clinic as one of the most sought-after wellness centers.

Chiropractic philosophy as preventive health care is to look for underlying causes of any disturbances or disruption and make the interventions and lifestyle adjustments to create the condition for normal function. The body has the innate ability to heal itself under the right conditions, and my purpose as a chiropractor and along my team is to create a state of equilibrium for my patients to prevent further disorder in the body.

Subtle Yet Substantial

Due to our modern lifestyles with external stressors such as prolonged hours of work activities behind desks and computers or overused regions, we can see a series of symptoms and conditions that are not necessarily caused by trauma. The majority of patients seek chiropractic care due to the unknown nature of pain, and I have seen the high success of our team in addressing those conditions.  Receiving regular chiropractic care, proper nutrition, and leading a balanced lifestyle are all vital factors for vibrant health. It is also crucial to supplement.
